What time can I arrive?

What are the parking arrangements?

There is parking available for one vehicle, if you need to bring an additional vehicle please get in touch to advise.

What are the arrangements for gaining access to the lodge.

It is self check in and the code for key safe will be provided before your arrival.

What is supplied in the lodge?

A welcome hamper for humans and dogs. All bed linen, towels/tea towels, Starbucks coffee pods, Yorkshire tea and fresh milk. Luxury toiletries, washing up liquid, bin bags, foil, dishwasher tablets and laundry pods.
There is also salt, pepper and olive oil available.

Yes, along with an iron and clothes horse.

Do you accept children?

Kiln House Lodge is not ideally suited for young children due to the presence of steep steps. However, we do welcome infants, although we do not provide travel cots, so please bring your own if needed.

What facilities do you provide for dogs?

Dogs will receive their own welcome pack which includes treats, dog bowls, dog towel, head torches (for humans for any late night toilet trips) and poo bags. There is a also a large secure paddock opposite the lodge and a hot/cold outside tap to wash off any muddy paws. We also provide large blankets to protect our furnishings if required.

We kindly ask that you speak to us first if you would like to leave your dog unattended in the lodge. Thank you

Can we bring our bikes?

Yes, there are some fantastic bike routes locally. You can store them in the secure garage situated underneath the lodge and also use the hot/cold outside tap to wash them off.

What are local transport links like?

There is a very limited bus service into Harrogate which runs about every two hours. There are no taxi firms locally.

Yes we do, unfortunately we do not have a booking system in place yet however please call, text or email me for the best price. All major credit/debit cards are accepted.
