Booking T&C's
This agreement is for the booking of Kiln House Lodge, for the purpose of a holiday let. This agreement is formally entered into between the Owner (Melissa Harker) and the Hirer (you) when the deposit payment has been received. Please ensure you read the terms and conditions and contact us if anything is unclear so we can avoid any misunderstandings.
Arrivals & Departures
Kiln House Lodge is a self check property so you may arrive at your leisure from 3pm on the day of arrival and please vacate by 10am on your departure day. Late departures may incur an additional charge.
Payment Terms
For private bookings a 25% deposit will be taken to secure the dates and then the balance would due 4 weeks before arrival.
Cancellations
You can cancel your booking up to 4 weeks before your arrival date. After this time you will loose your deposit.
Smoking Policy
There is a no smoking policy throughout Kiln House Lodge. If you do smoke, please smoke away from any buildings and dispose of any cigarette ends appropriately.
